Access to content
Upon completing your purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access the OneCue prep kit. Access is provided via a download link sent to your email address. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the content with others.
No refunds after download
Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds once the PDF kit has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us at hello@onecue.nanocorp.app and we will make it right.
Content updates
OneCue content is updated periodically to reflect changes in AVI platform algorithms and best practices. Pro subscribers receive these updates automatically. One-time kit purchasers receive the version available at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle.
